Alarm Fees

Every alarm user shall obtain an alarm user's permit. A permit year shall begin on the date of original application and issuance of permit. Each permit shall be renewed upon the anniversary date of each permittee. A charge will be assessed in addition to the fee provided in subsection A of this section to a user who fails to obtain a permit within sixty days.

Annual Alarm System Permit Fees (New/Renewal)

Permits expire on the anniversary date of their issuance.

Residential: $44.00

Small Commercial (less than 10,000 sq. ft.): $50.00

Large Commercial (10,001 sq. ft. and greater): $100.00

Additional Information

A late fee of $28 will be added after permit fees are 60 days past due.
